Home » Walking the Labyrinth
“In the fast-paced world in which we now live, we need
simple, beautiful places like labyrinths
that draw us in by the attraction of their pattern
to slow ourselves down,
still the busy mind
and connect us again
with our deep inner resources.”
Di Williams: Labyrinth – landscape of the soul
This will be a day to discover how walking a labyrinth can help us release the thoughts and feelings we need not carry for a while, allow our mind to quieten, and open our heart and soul to the sacred in our life and all life.
The day will include:
• An introduction to labyrinths through word and image
• Time to walk the labyrinth together / alone
• Silent reflection time
• Draw your own labyrinth
• Closing ritual at the labyrinth
A light lunch will be provided
